VPN option nowhere to be seen Android

I have unistalled Opera Beta Vpn from My Android Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S India yesterday. Today, at night 9 pm i Downloaded it again.
I found that the VPN Ootion is nowhere to be seen not even after searching it diligently in settings! Plz tell me why have you stopped the VPN option?
