I have exactly the same problem.
This problem has been around for a very long time.
For me, the waiting time between launching the browser and loading the speed dial page is up to 10 seconds.
This is very annoying. I would understand if my computer was slow but I have 32GB RAM and an I9 processor.
Clearing history or cookies does not help.
Clearing all browser data helps temporarily, i.e. completely deleting the profile folder, but in a few days the problem returns again.
But I won't do this every week. I have to reconfigure everything after cleaning.
I have no idea what is causing this problem.

You must press ALT + O again - After that the browser will be "unlocked".

Niedawno na mojego nexusa wyszły aktualizacje najpierw do wersji 5.0, potem 5.1. I wraz z aktualizacjami na liście urządzeń konta opery pojawiły się dwa nowe nexusy, których nie mogę usunąć. I tu pojawia się moje pytanie: jak usunąć niechciane urządzenia z listy?
