You're mistaken. Perhaps you are using an older version where you could.
The question from the OP, Einsteins, is "How can I disable the message and navigate to this site?"
More simply, to appeal to others who are having the same issue with twitter.com, how do you ovverride or bypass that like you were able to in the older versions of Opera.
Chrome has a similar issue...but you can fix it by clicking somewhere(not the address bar or any box) in the error window/warning and typing 'danger' without the quotes(STS)
What is the fix for Opera.
