@lando242 Yes, it is enabled. I have 62 FPS when I start the game because it opens in a normal new windows but when I click on fullscreen mode it delays in do it around 3-6 segs and when I am finally on fullscreen mode my fps are 2-5.

Steps to reproduce: Go to: https://www.darkorbit.com/ and when you clic at "Play", you go to the map, and then in that window you click on full screen mode, and then there is a problem with the fps.
Actual result: I have 60 FPS and when I click in fullscreen mode it passes to 2 fps.
Expected result: It shouldn't be like that. I just need to have my normal 60 FPS, I tried it in another browsers and I have my normal FPS around 35-50 FPS (Chrome, Cliqz, Edge) even in Maxhton5 I have 60 FPS stable.
