Hi, what does Jitouch do exactly?
I'm thinking it might simulate key presses. If that's the case you can change this by either changing the key Jitouch simulates (in Jitouch's configuration) to Next tab / Previous tab (⌘⌥← and ⌘⌥→ respectively), or if Jitouch can't be changed, by changing Opera's shortcut for Shift to left tab / shift to right tab to Ctrl+Tab / Ctrl+Shift+Tab, which I assume are the default shortcuts Jitouch is using.
