Maybe I'm oversimplifying, but I have ~10,000 customers out there who we have told to use and support Opera, Now I'm getting deluged with messages regarding facebook/twitter etc not playing videos. I've found no easy fix that a customer can do, and I'm not signing up for modding that many browsers. We are going to have to switch customers to Google Chrome, and that breaks my heart. I wish you had taken into consideration the priorities of the customer (websites working) over possible vulns that might be rare.

RE: Opera 54.0.2952.41: Streaming videos don't work anymoreOpera for Linux
@cruz-jesus now if I could only figure out how to make a script to copy that with a couple clicks. I have a lot of customers and having them noodle around the file system to find that file would end in disaster.

Here is a Youtube clip. I pasted as plain text out of habit, it doesn't mattter how I paste, it works on a computer but not on a phone.

Is there a YouTube searchbar?Opera for Linux
I'm looking for an extension that will either add a YouTube searchbar to Speed Dial (preferably) OR something where I can replace the google (or other choices) search engine search with YouTube. I've looked in the extension repos, but can't seem to find one that does what I'm looking for.

RE: Opera is not supportedOpera for Linux
Go to extensions, then "Get more extensions". Search for "User agent switcher". Install that, then click the new icon to the right of your address bar, and choose a browser and Operating System combo you think it might like...I choose Windows and Internet explorer, always safe choices.

RE: Ad block not working on youtube videosOpera for Linux
I am currently using adblock plus in Opera. Opera has so many advantages over Chrome I could never go back. When the native ad blocking get where I want it, I'll ditch abp and go with the native blocker.

RE: This browser does not support video playback.Opera for Linux
Perfect! I used the 14.04 package located at http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra
instead of the 12.04 I'm running. It did break the chromium browser package, but I don't use that anyway. -
This browser does not support video playback.Opera for Linux
I have been having this issue both on twitter and other sites, I get a message that says "This browser does not support video playback" An example can be found at https://twitter.com/skunkarific
Running Mint 13 x 64. Works fine on 18 x 64. Already have chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra installed.
Any ideas?

RE: /usr/lib/opera/pluginsOpera for Linux
I'm using Mint 13 (Precise), I keep getting the "Update Flash" thing, it just takes me to the adobe npapi page, useless. pepperflash-nonfree is not in synaptic, is there a repo I can add? Or, is there a way to suppress the nag? I have thousands of customers out there with our Linux distro (Based on Mint 13 and 17) who are gonna be switching if I can't get this ironed out.
