Surfingkeys is a vim keybinding extension for browser, user can press d to scroll down and e to scroll up etc. Currently it's not working on google.com in opera but works fine in chrome, this has been a while, I've reported a bug about this (BS-32774) in May but it's still broken now.

Hi, I've been using opera for about then years and I switched to Firefox for several months, today I decided to switch back but found this issue occurs, I've search a bit and seems this behavior is not expected, so is this a bug?

os: Mac OS X 10.15.7 64-bit

when exactly? Really, this prob sucks, in most cases I have to reboot the browser which bothers my workflow.

Actually, opening dev tool on those pages and close it should fix the problem...well, temporarily

A fix most probably will come first in a developer build to then go to a beta one and finally reach the stable channel.

hmm...thought that's how a feature comes out, stable channel gets update once several months, so it's going to haunt me for a long time...

I'm a front-end developer, so I often keep dev tool open pretty much a whole day, recently this frequently causes other tabs I keep open leaves out a block of space shaped the same as dev tool pane, like this: ScreenShot

Cant confirm this for Opera 26 on Windows 7 x64.
On my ystem the "Recently closed tabs" menu is on th right side of the opera menu.

Maybe this issue only happens on certain resolution, my laptop with 1366 x 768 also works fine, but the problem rises up on work computer which I'm not sure what resolution it has but definitely not a high one, I'll check on Monday.
