@leocg After restarting Opera GX and using the task manager, I think I've managed to update it. But now every screen I'm on is pitch black and I can't use any websites. I can't even use the browser to respond or anything. Any idea what might have gone wrong?

Edit: Wait, I redownloaded the installer and tried again with the same method and things seem to be working now, fingers crossed. One last thing, do you think auto update from the menu and update and recovery will start working normally now, or will I need to manually update each time?

That didn't work I'm afraid. All it did was load this screen after I went through and then open a new tab on my open browser. The whole installation process completely closed too.

Where can I find the specific 116. Installer? I've tried the regular opera GX setup file that you'd use when downloading for the first time, but that just opens a tab on my browser, nothing else.

I'm not too sure what the issue is, but I'm currently stuck on an older version of the browser when I can see online that newer versiona have released. My update and recovery area just loads endlessly and shows no updates. My current version: LVL 6 (core: 114.0.5282.233)

I know that 116 is already released, so any way to manually update without having to reinstall?

Hello,

I'd love for a feature or setting that allows you stop the search bar from giving you search recommendations from your history as well as from your bookmarks, open tabs and such. I believe this was a feature in Opera Flags maybe over a year ago, but they removed it for some reason. Anyway, I really liked that feature and have been hoping they'd add it back for a while now. Seems like they haven't yet, so I'm making this post to hopefully get their attention. I know others have been wanting it too.

So this blue line randomly popped up whilst I was watching a movie on Prime Video. It follows my mouse and goes from the top of the video to the bottom. On further testing, it happens with Netflix and YouTube as well (The screenshot is from YouTube). It doesn't happen when I use the Prime Video app on my PC, nor with other browsers (I tested with Edge).

Any idea how to fix this? I read something about it being an issue with Switch Access (?), but that was an issue on a Chromebook and I have Windows 11.

So any ideas?

I'm using Samsung Internet on my Galaxy S10 and Opera GX on my laptop. Is there any way I can synchronize search History/Bookmarks and the like between the two? Any extensions or apps or what-have-you to help here?
