Why does my Opera for Android use google.ca and not google.com when I search for things using the search bar? This only affects one device of mine, I have one other Android Opera and Windows 10 Opera GX but they all use google.com, Not google.ca.

Menu to disable V8/Just in time compiler is blank

Here's the pic:
I tried doing Ctrl+Shift+Delete > deleting all time browsing data, did Update & Recovery > Reset my data and Opera settings., tried running the installer again (not reinstall but repair), renaming the %appdata%\Opera Software to Opera Stable OLD, and renaming Preferences to Preferences.old but it still doesn't work.

@meghzop vpn is off and it still happens.
