every time i try to watch a stream, a black bar covers 10% of the scrren, and the only way to ''fix'' this is going full screen mode, what do i do?

@sgunhouse when i downloaded it, but i got it, now its working, i was supposed to run as adm the operagx version, thank you for helping anyway!

i just tried to install opera and opera gx and i got an error, i even tried to install the offline instaler, but i got a network error and i could not install, i have windows 10, what do i do?
