@whiter1 ReEnabled a flags do nothing. I found a solution !.
Flags not fix, flags show the new settings who need to be set.

• opera://flags -> Search and Enable 'scrollable tab strip' -> Relaunch
  This will show new option in settings as disable
• opera://settings -> Search 'interface' and enable "tab scrolling" -> wait 5sec or Relaunch

Then in the search box type "tabs" and you will find the experimental option to "Enable Tab Scrolling" and then be prompted to re-launch Opera and vwahla! Fixed

I have that done before, re-launch Opera, now I see that option as Enabled and it not fix that problem.

@rubiksensei this was done and works perfect... but of course the latest one destroy that even if we try restore it on flags menu.
opera://flags -> Scrollable tab strip -> Enable -> Reload app

Efect is the same like on default Opera One v100

@zearn This is not exist anymore in Opera settings.
That 'tab scrolling' is on opera://flags now, as 'Scrollable tab strip' but after Enable and reload app I have still a problem :(.

After set up a IMAP account, OperaMail start download all messages from all IMAP subscribed folders.
I stop this and go to properties to UnSubscribe folders.

When I un-check the subscribed folder and press OK then this folder is still subscribed = BUG!?

Add - create a new folder who is automatic subscribed.
Edit - on only few folders it change a folder name, on rest of them it's do nothing, next BUG!?.
Del/Remove - Delete subscribed folder from IMAP server with e-mail in it.
Help button open the same F1 Help.

Maybe some one know this BUG?
