@skydreamer-free I think i have found a way to restore immediately after closing. A few minutes ago i accidentally close my main opera window again. As I reopened and see only one tab is there. Then I right click the top bar, selected reopen the last closed tab (CTRL + SHIFT + T is the shortcut I believe) and that's it!!! All the tabs gone came back!!! OMG I am so relieved I can't handle another loss in the same month.

Why on earth would somebody remove a handy tool that we happily used? Search and last opened can be used simultaneously right?

@skydreamer-free hi, unfortunately there is no way to recover as far as i know. I had the same issue a couple of times over the years and it is so sad that i searched everywhere for a solution but nothing comes out. Sorry.
It would be so good if opera had a snapshot of the links active in the browser periodically like a windows system recovery.

Totally agree with you. I was searching if they already have done it but nope. Please guys we want to control all apps from awesome opera \m/

I noticed that too. Is it because the number of tabs open maybe? Have you tried with nothing on?

Also i'm having problems with mouse gestures. Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't work for me.

Yeah very very bad situation. I looked for it everywhere but then i trusted opera link and i always logged in to that. Then i formatted my computer thinking i can retrieve my bookmarks. But guess what? Only bookmarks i can access are the bookmarks from older opera versions. Thank you opera ruining my life just because i loved your browser and trusted. :(((
