hello, i get signed off occasionally and every time i am forced to enter email and passphrase then i turn on sync because it gets turned off every time.

but interestingly today when i tried to sign in my account, opera didnt allow my email and said smth like "account doesnt exist" i dont know why. after 3 tries it finally recognized my email and signed in and typing this.

well, thats really annoying. i am about to uninstall opera or revert if it is possible.

hello, when you move your mouse to right side of screen, it leaves out of the screen and you can not see it. it was not like this before this new opera one released. it was not leaving, so you could easily grab/hold right sidebar to move page up&down easily. you didnt have to look where your mouse pointer was. but right now you have to follow your mouse pointer and click&grab that sidebar to move page up&down all the time which is very frustrating.

please fix this problem and return to your old style. mouse pointer should not leave the screen from right side just like left side.

@agmoyer i have found the solution. this weird problem also happened for me but not with every link. so i thought there must be smth wrong with opera and in the end i was half right.

this bug occurs if you bookmarked that URL. so if you remove that site from your bookmarks URL will be opened as normal behavior not redirects you to google search. just try it.

i believe this is a bug. @leocg , can you try to open a URL after bookmarking it? (bookmark some url, close the tab, then copy and paste that and hit enter) you will see that instead opening that web page opera searching that URL on default search engine.

today it asked me to enter passphrase again and now it works. no idea what happened though...

now it says "synchronization has encountered a problem" when you click profile pic on top right on browser.

hi when i check my user photo top right of browser it says "Synchronization is off" and when i click that it opens "advanced sync settings" but it says "please wait" and nothing happens.
when i open my opera account profile and click to show "View your synchronized data" it opens blank page like broken url and says "Your connection is not private".

hi i am signing in twitter automatically but dont remember the password because last time i logged in with my password was about 2 years ago. so i went password manager to see my password but it is not there. opera doesnt have my password. how does this happen and how can i recover my password?

@burnout426 i used chrome history viewer but it also shows only 3 months.

hi i mistakenly hit f6 instead f5 few times and every single of them opera restarted. anyway after few days today i did these 2-3 times in 5 minutes then i got signed off when opera reopened and all of my extensions disabled. anyway i removed f6 shortcut from opera and came here to report.

well i opened a new windows over my main window which had ~100 tabs opened. then mistakenly closed my main window and i lost everything because i closed it before closing newly opened opera window. but luckily found a solution. you simply press ctrl ""+ shift + t"" like you are re-opening your last closed tab but this time it restored my old window with all that 100 tabs.

this is not a solution the first message but this thread was the only one still opened. so i replied this one.

hi, smth strange thing happening to me for a while. videos are lagging (slow) when i watch them on streaming sites like chaturbate or tube sites like youtube but it doesnt happening when i do on private mode. i just tested. tried to disable whole addons with no luck. i just dont understand. videos are not lagging in private mode, why?

@leocg your job is too hard since most people (including me) react like "remove this setting" "cut the crap" in most cases lol

no. if there is active speaker icon and you middle click over that icon the tab is not closed instead you mute/unmute sound for this tab. middle button should always close the tab for my suggestion. if you wanna mute the tab left clicking over sound icon is enough.

my opera version is 84.0.4316.21

@leocg they should fix middle mouse button too. when you have lots of tabs opened you can easily close the tab by clicking middle mouse button on the tab but right now it is just disabling sound because there is huge sound speaker icon appear.

my suggestion is;
left click over speaker icon for enabling/disabling sound
middle mouse button for closing the tab.

@leocg i dont remember if it is old password because since i mostly store passwords and dont remember anything about passphrase it should be old password but like i said before i tried more than 10 different passwords and none of them worked.

anyway thx for that i changed my passphrase finally.

it is good feature but i simple dont want since i have opened more than 50 tabs (maybe 100 :D) at the same time. that speaker icon overrides close tab button (cross) most times and makes me annoy.

hi, i havent seen this feature before guess this is new. there is an icon appearing on tabs if the tabs have sound. i dont want that icon. here the blue speaker icon;

how to remove/disable it?

@leocg i know my opera account password i am trying to change passphrase. these are two different things right?
