It's just a workaround for people wanting to embed pics in a forum. And to me it's not Opera that has to change, tinypic hast to put the right URL in their copy$paste code snippet they offer for forums. And btw, changing URLs one by one is only for people who never heard of sed, perl etc.

RE: [Urgent] Tinypic Pictures No Longer Shows On Opera MiniOpera Mini
FWIW, I've had the same problem with desktop Opera 12.17 for the past few weeks. I posted about this here.
Today I experienced the same problem 12.16 on Linux. Turns out that http://i62.tinypic.com/709dmd.jpg triggers some redirection on tinypic.com, which Opera can't handle. But embedding the same picture with a direct link http://oi62.tinypic.com/709dmd.jpg (with the O at begin of URL! ) in a forum works very well.

Opera 12 generally doesn't work on Linux. Well, you can obiously runt it, but I've seen browsers made as part time projects in sheds and attics that in their alpha resales are faster and more stable than Opera 12 on Linux.
This is utterly untrue and bullshit

And when I say it wasn't a priority, I mean that we didn't even have something that was in a compilable state. A few people had started fixing up the broken code to get something that would compile on Linux in their own free time. After a few weeks of hacking, they were told by management to stop what they were doing and instead focus their volunteer efforts on the project goals, being to ship a Windows and Mac version.

So do I and voted therefore NO.
I stick on 12.x until someone shoot me. I need a workhorse for doing actual work. And not a closed source Chrome clone without bookmarks, designed for tablet losers. -

Let's see if someone beats me. hahaThere is no point doing that, one bug report is enough. Duplicates just waste the developers time.
Hey, if the developers won't waist time, they just should go OPEN bugtracker, like real software does. All Opera to blame.
That nobody knows which bugreport is filled and which not wastes also time for user who report bugs.
Many of us preach since years that the bugreport system is broken by design.
YMMV
