спрашивают же, как отключить меню по нажатию кнопки! а не как обойти это
боюсь, что придется отказаться от браузера из-за этой нелепости

Devs, please, pay attention. Enabled notifications work until the browser (Portable Desktop Opera\Opera GX) restarts. Then they disappear forever. They are marked as enabled but never work again.

@iklyde when you are changing the corresponding option for any other site, notifications start to appear ( until the current session ends). Next time there will be no notifications, as always...
