Hi, i have read the comments but i am not sure where to find Dictation and Speech and i have no extensions installed either.
Any clue?

I have problem with my Opera. From about two weeks when I surf it shows strange empty window like one on this video: http://youtu.be/0zronThpbYA
Any ideas how to get rid off it?
