@shellygal, There's something messed up with the message source you posted. This extra line:

is causing Opera to split the message into two different messages with the second message missing an HTML body. Is that source supposed to be a single message from your "All Messages/Sent"?

You need to change the installation path.

"...delete autosave.win in the "sessions" folder"
