Thanks for yr freedback, Problem solved.
Here's what I did
1. Rollback of my AMD Radeon HD7950 driver (now version 27.20.20902.1 dated april 15th 2021)
2. Complete removal op Opera (including history and personal settings)
3. Re-installation Opera.
  Now running like a charm.
