Reddit saying Opera VPN can be read by Chinese govt and that it's security protection can be byapssed by China govt. I'm suspect of those claims, but also surprised this article completely missed the chinese ownership discussion / concerns.

@Opera-Comments-Bot Request for private browser pages to stay open when open/close app? Maybe have a "pin" for them to reopen? One site I use opens in regular with a ton of are & links redirect me to ad sites, but in private it works normally -- but never stays open when I close app.
Also, some of your browser features (as mentioned) are hard to find - crypto wallet, rss reader, controls to tweak news feed, etc.

Try disabling feeds in settings.
Worked for me.
Misleading label!
The news settings have been off after install & new tab gave me News + silly ads.
If Opera news could be configured simply, like no Fox news, no Breitbart news, no Sports then I might leave it on. I like to know news as it happens. I check DemocracyNow.org daily for headlines, and have Google's weak-sauce News open all the time.
