a few pages wont even load and I have to copy the url into a new tsb to reload them

multiple urls will "freeze"

ex: buildandshoot.com, studentsreview.com, etc

When I try to load some web pages they will say its loading and show the web page but I cannot interact with the page or stop/reload page and it takes a couple of seconds for the page to close when I try to close the page. This doesn't happen in other browsers.

I recently updated to Mac OSX Yosemite and notice when I download something the window that asks me to save the file goes off screen. The save button is not visible and I cannot scroll down to click on it. I can still save by hitting the enter button.

Is this a bug resulting from Yosemite? Can it be fixed?
