Since everything has went politically insane, so too have the search engines. Sadly this includes duckduckgo. While it's great they don't track you, their results are not pure, they are slanted. At this time it's the best option available, but there are better options for those of us who just want results based on what we type in, without some software engineer(s) biases included.
All I want from a search engine are results of my exact search with no slant. Yippy is the search engine that provides those results. Opera should consider adding Yippy to the available list default search engines. Yippy's been around for a long time, it's run by an old school IBM techie who apparently has a fondness for results driven by user input.
