Is their anyway to download the extensions from Tor browser then Install it in the Opera browser?
because I can't pay for VPN just to download extensions and Tor has a free vpn

I have been using this browser for almost 6 months and I really like it expect the add on page doesn't work for me. I searched online and I tried all solutions I found but It still doesn't work. Also the vpn in the browser doesn't work too, it is just freeze and saying " vpn is temporarily unavailable opera is resolving the problem "
It has been like this for a long time 
-I deleted the browser many times and downloaded it again but nothing happened
-I tried to download the offline version too and didn't work too..
-I turned off all firewalls ...

Yesterday I didn't have any problem but now the power usage is very high in the task manager is showing that I have 15 tabs opened even though I have only one opened, I have never download any extension
I have Opera GX browser 
And sometimes the It changes quickly and repeatedly from very high to very low
I switched from Chrome to Opera because Chrome has this problem unlike Opera
I couldn't figure out why, please help me
There are few problems with many people and I don't understand why the developers don't fix them.
The adds on-page doesn't work for all people, and this problem is there for almost 5 years!
Whenever I search to find a solution, I see hundreds of old and new posts talking about it and I have never found a solution to it...
I contacted the support many times before but no one reply.
The other problem is VPN doesn't work with some people too, There are many old posts talking about it and the problem wasn't fixed until now...
