The extensions page doesn't work for me for a long time

Hello
I have been using this browser for almost 6 months and I really like it expect the add on page doesn't work for me. I searched online and I tried all solutions I found but It still doesn't work. Also the vpn in the browser doesn't work too, it is just freeze and saying " vpn is temporarily unavailable opera is resolving the problem "
It has been like this for a long time

-I deleted the browser many times and downloaded it again but nothing happened
-I tried to download the offline version too and didn't work too..
-I turned off all firewalls ...

@owen1415 Can you acces them in other computer/device? What about using a different network/ISP? It seems that those pages are blocked.

@leocg You are right, the page is blocked by my internet provider
this is weird
Is their anyway to download the extensions from Tor browser then Install it in the Opera browser?
because I can't pay for VPN just to download extensions and Tor has a free vpn

@owen1415 I don't know any way to do it. Try contacting your ISP about the block.
