My name is Steven from San Francisco,CA.I appreciated andruis's comments further down the list of comments because he had this same issues with a newer version of Opera.Mine is Opera 25 on the Snow Leopard Operating System on my Mac.I had no problems with it for 3 1/2 years until I saw this message out of the blue on September 3,2020.I e-mailed Opera headquarters the next day and they did responded the next say and they told me Opera doesn't support Snow Leopard OS anymore,but andrius has a new version with same problems.If the level of the browser is compatible with the level of the OS it should work.

Many mac users were talking about the unsolved profile could not be found.I have some good news I was able to update my 2007 mac to OSX 10.11.6 the highest possible for that era.As I was painstakingly taking time to update and add new browsers,I found at a website called majorgeeks.com that had Opera Beta 76. I was able to successfully download and install it.Works just like regular Opera.To find speed dial click
the ️ symbol on the far right side of the URL field.Hope this helps.

I just had my I-Mac RAM upgraded by a computer tech from 1GB to 3GB.Opera attempts to load in but at the last moment it still crashes and I still get the same error message.It is Opera 25 for Snow Leopard OS X 10.6.8.
If more RAM doesn't solve the problem,it must be on their end.I read that Opera does need at least 2GB RAM,but it was working fine even on 1GB.In any case the RAM upgrade did help tremendously.

Stimulus payment (USA)I can get the RAM installation for my I-Mac.Hope to update you then on how it goes.Until then, take care and thanks for keeping in touch.

I e mailed Opera Headquarters and they told me when I upgrade my RAM from 1GB to 4GB to get back to them I must hire a professional technician to do this and I must shut down my I Mac before he arrives and I must wait 14 hours at least before waking it up.I learned it takes 30 seconds for the new memory to boot in after the computer wakes up.I have not done this yet but I hope to and hope to get back to you when I do. By the way,Opera on mobile devices do work but do need to be refreshed
from time to time.

While my Opera Browser is still out on my desktop, on my Opera Mini Browser 51 works great on my Android mobile phone It does however need to be refreshed when it goes to Google double clicks Other than that at least
on mobile internet Opera is fine.

As far as I know I can only file bug reports to to the browser that I am connected to. A bug report in my case can be filed to Apple for Mac users if a browser crashes or If I am on a certain page on Safari.I know nothing about a bud ID but I will go to my Safari browser and see if I can send a report to Apple for what it's worth.
