Based on the indication of the support group, I found a solution. In the settings of the Bitwarden app, the autofill options must also have the last one enabled. Then you'll have the autofill for Opera Android as well.

Hello everybody!
I suggest a setting option where I can use only one speed dial for all my devides. It means that adding a new device to the sync not create a new speed dial for this newly added device.
As far as I did not find such settings option.
