@operahasdeletedallmypasswords Your synced saved passwords are encrypted using your Opera account credentials and, as you probably have already figured out, to decrypt it you need to provide the password used when the data was encrypted, that is usually the previous password.
So, if you can't remember that password then there is no way for Opera to decrypt your synced saved passwords and allow you to use them.
