I used to delete cookies selectively using this setting, now it looks different and doesn't contain a complete list of websites. I can't figure out why this is happening, and where to see the full settings.

Where did the cookie settings for websites disappear to? I can't see the cookies for the websites I'm logged in to selectively delete some of them. Where is it located now?
