The issue I reported has still not been resolved since September: https://opera.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/BS-71356
I'm not sure what the "done" status means for a bug report but it appeared the moment I submitted it.
The forum post I also did on the issue: https://forums.opera.com/topic/67021/auto-scroll-issue-stuttering

Auto Scroll Issue/StutteringOpera for Windows
For a few months now, all the new versions of Opera have been having the issue that if you click mouse 3/scroll wheel so you can use the auto scroll feature, it'll be really laggy and stuttery.
It's present on every website and even within the settings page.
I tried a bunch of different solutions; I even tried changing the "angle graphics backend" flag but nothing fixed it. The flag helped out very slightly but it still didn't feel smooth at all.I'm currently on the last version that doesn't have that issue which is 98.0.4759.39. The problem though is if I keep sitting on that version then I'll miss out on potential security updates etc.
I found someone else having encountered the same issue here:
https://forums.opera.com/topic/62843/scrolling-autoscrolling-stutter-issue-after-an-updateI also submitted a bug report with videos showcasing the issue between the old and new versions of Opera around 1 month ago and I'm constantly checking the changelogs for Opera One's versions, but so far it hasn't been addressed.
I really hope it's being worked on and not just ends up being ignored.

RE: Undo accidental Sort of Bookmarks ?Opera for Windows
@multitasker-5 That happened to me before. Iirc what I found was an extension called "Bookmarks Reorderer" from the Chrome web store which helped me get them in order again.
I think I sorted them with it, then added a few new bookmarks so it'll have the order right, and disabled it afterwards. -
RE: Opera slow after an updateOpera for Windows
I also had the same problem earlier for which the page loading was slow and if I clicked a link on the google search it was loading for like 5-10 seconds. But at least for now after going back and forth between version 69.0.3686.49 and 70.0.3728.106 I don't see the problem on the latest version anymore. I hope it somehow fixed itself.

RE: Opera slow after an updateOpera for Windows
Same here. My opera has been slow ever since the update to version 70. Using google can sometimes take a bit to load and when you click a link after having finished a google search it takes like 10 seconds or so just to open Wikipedia. I also tried re-installing version 69 to see if it's the same there but it instantly loads things. I don't know what happened but version 70 compared to 69 is really slow.

RE: Opera 62.0.3331.43 and YouTube page bugOpera for Windows
@zoruk That worked for me as well. Thanks!
Maybe this'll also solve the problem I'm seeing with Twitch having a small freeze a minute or so after I start watching a stream.Edit: Apparently that fixed my Twitch problem as well.

RE: Opera 62.0.3331.43 and YouTube page bugOpera for Windows
@Nyless I only have that problem in Opera not in either one of the other browsers. I'm even using the uBlock Origin extension from the chrome store instead of the Opera one because it seems like the opera one is always one version behind. Still, even disabling the extensions doesn't fix the problem for me so I doubt it's that.

RE: Opera 62.0.3331.43 and YouTube page bugOpera for Windows
@leocg That makes no difference for me.
@xtakezox The problem is if you fix it with uBlock Origin and filter the space then the next time you watch a video with a playlist, the playlist is also filtered but is still working. -
RE: Opera 62.0.3331.43 and YouTube page bugOpera for Windows
The same thing is happening here. When I right click on it and see what element it is with uBlock origin it says it's the playlist. I hope this gets resolved soon.

RE: For the love of God, please make it so that I can choose my own default search engine!Suggestions and feature requests
@N1h1l1s7 You can change google search engine from (.gr) to (.com) or something else. To do that you have to edit the "local state" file. I'm in Germany right now and changed the location line to:
"location":{"country":"us","country_from_server":"US"}
