Why doesn't Opera work around this by for example pretending to be Windows client? What are restrictions for this not to happen?

Opera for AndroidRE: Extension support?
I think Opera Mobile only needs an Adblock Plus option to disable ads. UC Browser has that feature. And Firefox has extension support.
I used Firefox for a while just because it had AB, but I use Chrome on my phone. When I go low on mobile-data I switch to Opera because it has better "Data Saving" mode.

Opera for AndroidHtml5 video download quality selection
So opera uses its own player for html videos, and have the nice feature of download. But I don't see a way to select quality (or resolution ... whatever)
For example if there is a vk.com video embedded in a page, we cant select quality when downloading it.
Is there a chance a feature like that will be implemented?
