for quite a while by now I have noticed that the spellcheck will come back on after a while when I disabled it, but the context menu still marks the spellcheck as disabled.

@burnout426 It might also be a mouse hardware issue. my mouse for example has the issue that it sometimes fire a double click instead of a single one, which can happen when the contact of the button isnt perfect.
