Enable Workspaces, tick the second one, disable Workspaces = profit (you can edit speed dials again).

I set opera://flags/#trees-in-bookmarks back to standard (disabled) and the search works now again (the DEL key too). But like I said, it was fine all the way until v31 came out.

I'm using stable releases only. Strage thing is, yesterday the downloadpage offered the .131 and opera still said .99 ist the latest.

Btw. the DEL-key & CTRL+X are not working in the bookmarks manager and if you change the thumbnail of a speed dial entry a new bookmark is created everytime you do that. All that happens since v31.

I'm still on 31.0.1889.99 and the about opera page says it's the most recent version.

I used the new SD since it was introduced as experimental in v26? (the one witch brought the bookmarks back) .. with the clickable corner for enable/disable on the right side.

This means one thing less to worry about

But the broken search in the bookmark manager and the uneditable standard searchengine shortcuts are annoying.

I can see no difference in my speed dial after updating from v30 to v31. Am I missing something?

After the v31 update it's not possible anymore to search the bookmarks. If I type something in the manager's searchbox nothing happens. Before v31, the results where shown immediately.

And I have to complain, like many other users, about not being able to change the search shortcut of the internal searchengines. They steal the shortcuts of my custom searchengines and making them disapear.

was ich aber komisch finde ist, dass opera 12.x garnicht erst in der auswahlliste auftaucht.

und ja, meine 12er installation ist regulär, also per installer (x64), nix portable oder so.

or trying to edit this file messes something up, so that it becomes not usable for opera .. cough

I have no master password set in opera 12.17 and in opera 26 under import there is no opera 12.x in the drop-down list.
