I've been using Opera desktop for years and have never had any problems before. Just before two or three weeks, my problem started as any video in youtube site won't load. It starts showing AD first for whole one animeworld minute without showing any opportunities to cancel the AD & after finishing the AD, the original youtube video will not started, but instead another AD will started for another one minute & so on. Even if you wait for 10 minutes the original youtube video will not started. This problem also happened with the use of DuckDuckGo extension browser. The same youtube videos loaded normally when I use different browser like Firefox, Chrome & Microsoft Edge.

I get why you're frustrated. I had similar issues with YouTube on Opera while the same videos worked perfectly in other browsers, which makes it even more annoying. Hopefully Opera addresses these playback problems soon because a browser update shouldn't make such a basic feature less reliable.

I noticed the same thing recently. Google has been rolling out AI Overviews more broadly, so browsers like Opera simply display what Google serves. If you want a cleaner results page, try switching to the Web filter, adding -ai isn't a reliable fix, or use a search engine that doesn't include AI summaries by default. Unfortunately, there's no permanent setting from Google to disable AI Overviews for everyone at the moment.

guys i have the solution!!!

1. Go to Opera Gx Settings
2. Click Advanced
3. Then click "Privacy and Security"
4. Then scroll down until you see WebRTC, it's on top of VPN
5. When you are on the WebRTC setting, you can see the it selected the "Disable non-proxied UDP" unselect playfy it and switch to "Use any suitable network interface (recommended)"
6. You go back to Discord and it's now fixed

@Ciccio07 My brother on Opera, you really saved me. I sincerely appreciate it. I've been experiencing this problem for a while, tried nearly everything, and was on the verge of switching to Chrome, but you saved me.

I try this, but Opera returns to being disabled every time I shut it down or restart my machine. Is it possible to keep that configuration in place?
