Hi everybody!
I'd like to know why there are two browser that make same things.
For example, Opera Mini has the "extreme modality" to preserve data activated by default, if I turn off this option, Opera mini turns into normal Opera.
Then, Opera mini has a better looking and an ad block, it's faster and less buggy.

RE: (Windows 10) System settings open when i open opera??Opera for Windows
Now there are "control panel" and "settings" that intermingle and overlap, connecting to each other and at times contradicting.
I think that new "settings" is unstable and, at now, classic control panel is safer.
