This behavior can definitely be frustrating, especially for users who regularly organize tabs across multiple windows. Hopefully Opera provides an option to choose between attaching tabs to the current window and opening them in a new window, giving users more control over tab management. This would be a really useful feature. Being able to customize quick link icons and organize them more freely would make the Opera start page feel much cleaner and more personalized. Larger folders would also help users manage shortcuts more efficiently.
