@Vectorglobe Das ist nicht wirklich Produktivsystem. Der Verlust der wenigen Zugänge, die auf dem System angelegt waren, wäre leicht verschmerzbar gewesen. Daher waren sie auch nicht anderweitig gesichert.
Mir ging's eher um's Prinzip: So was muss sich doch wiederherstellen lassen! Und es hat auch funktioniert.
@Martens263 Hat sich erledigt. Ich konnte meine Daten mit dem Tool "hack-browser-data" wiederherstellen.

How can I export passwords in the Opera settings? I think there is no such option because the settings say that there are no passwords.
@leocg I've found it two minutes ago and opened it with the windows editor. I can see the usernames now, but not the passwords (they are encrypted?)
Opera was an open task when Windows crashed.
I am a little bit confused... there are two opera.exe files:
But the password managers in both Opera-Versions are empty...
@leocg it was only a normal restart of Windows, not a system reset.
Ich habe mit Opera portable (gespeichert unter „Downloads“) gearbeitet (Version: 114.0.5282.94) und einige Zugänge erstellt. Der Opera-Browser speicherte automatisch die zugehörigen E-Mail-Adressen und Passwörter.
Dann stürzte Windows 11 (24H2) ab und ich musste Windows und den Browser neu starten...
Leider zeigt Opera portable nach dem Neustart nun nicht mehr die Zugangsdaten (Benutzername/E-Mail und Passwort) für die von mir angelegten Konten an 
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diese Informationen wiederherzustellen?
Opera portable hat die folgenden Ordner erstellt:
C:\Benutzer\Benutzername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software
C:\Users\Benutzername\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Default
C:\Benutzer\Benutzername\Downloads\profile\data

I worked with Opera portable (saved under “Downloads”, Version: 114.0.5282.94) and created some accounts. The Opera browser automatically saved the associated email addresses and passwords.
Then Windows 11 (24H2) crashed and I had to restart windows and the browser...
Unfortunately after restart, Opera portable now no longer displays the access data (user name and password) for the accounts I created.
Is there any way to restore this information?
Opera portable has created the following folders:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Default
C:\Users\Username\Downloads\profile\data
