@burnout426 I did it and seems to work even after restarting Opera !! I'll see how it will do in the future, but you are right this is not a 100% solution it's jut you found a way, but Opera fans should acknowledge here that something is not properly thought and improve it!!

Create password or pin to lock your device.
When you go to Passwords in Opera it will ask for lock credential.
Enter them and you will then be able to see any of your passwords by simply clicking on the Eye to the right of dots ( invisible password.
