It's Netflix's fault to use a discontinued plugin in their website.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BETA SPEED DIAL?
AND THE TAB TITLES LOOK PIXELATED
WORST UPDATE EVER

I'm having the same problem, and disabling extensions doesn't seem to work.
I'm a web developer, so I need to enable full URLs, but I can't without being able to access the settings.
