And so it's here again, right with the update to 109. I had it instantly on my Windows laptop in the morning, although I noticed that it worked after some time.
But it's now on my MacBook, that they are not shown. Unfortunately.

RE: Opera 109Blogs
With every update Opera resets some settings in the advertisement section lately.
So all the exceptions for the adblocker were removed, after I started Opera again. Same with "continue shopping" and "booking.com" on the start page settings.
Well, the problem here is, I deactivate them anyway. Why are you urging me to detoggle them?
I wonder if this is meant for those, who don't know how to do this. But otherwise I don't see any sense in it. -
RE: Can't log into my Opera accountOpera for Android
Maybe it’s not even Opera‘s fault anyway, as this post may affirm: https://www.reddit.com/r/browsers/comments/1bpzxqz/google_is_making_recaptcha_for_firefox_unusable/
Nevertheless Opera should have a look at it. -
RE: Opera 109Blogs
@can3494 I have not been updated so far. But I had the same issue with the versions prior to the last 108 update. That version, ending with „40“ solved it for me.

RE: Can't log into my Opera accountOpera for Android
@t3owner There seems to be data from the first installation of Opera somewhere on Android devices that won‘t be deleted by clearing data and/or cache. Maybe they are even stored in the cloud as in your case.
Try the following, it worked for me today: Deinstall Opera and simply reinstall it. But before starting it again, simply disconnect from every network, so that Opera only fetches data from the device. (For me appeared a Speed Dial from a former setup).
Then go to „auth.opera.com“ which will not load of course. Then connect to your internet and type in your credentials. Pass the captcha if it appears again, it should work after the second trial.I suppose there‘s a conflict, as Opera‘s somehow assuming that you‘re already logged in.
P.S. It seems to be quite more difficult, if you have changed your Opera account (or even deleted it). You should go by the credentials that worked last time.If someone would know where this „hidden data“ may be stored, she or he might be very welcome.

Why use Opera over other browsers?Opera for Windows
Hi guys, probably, you're like me and although using Opera in the first place, you’re also inclined to try out alternatives.
As this is often mainly about issues in the forum, what would you say is your main reason in springtime 2024 to use Opera over Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave or Vivaldi? You’ve certainly made up your mind on that.
What‘s the USP of Opera that keeps you from jumping ship? -
RE: Can't log into my Opera accountOpera for Android
@t3owner I‘m now here with my third new profile, just for that particular reason. Because after I logged out as „DerHimmelssheriff“ I couldn‘t get back into my account. After frustrating trials and retrials I made a last attempt with a new e-mail-address, as I really wanted to use Opera especially because of Aria.
Finally I was allowed to make a new account on my Samsung. I‘m not going to log out anytime soon I swear.
I‘ve got definitely no problems to log into my account with Opera on any other device, it‘s only on Android. And which is even more funny, it‘s possible to log in with Chrome or Vivaldi on the Samsung, but not with Opera. It‘s a kind of ridicules, isn’t it? They should address this issue soon.
