If I go into settings and tell it I want bookmarks displayed in all tabs
There is no such option in Settings.
Instead of showing bookmarks on the left hand side where I want them (always and forever) it opens another tab with my bookmarks in.
This is how things work, there is no bookmark panel. You can use an extension to get what you want.
Or you can use Bookmarks bar.
Secondly, I am right handed and I want the back/forward arrows in the centre of my screen or to the right.
There is no such option. Don't know if an extension can give you this.
