Same thing happens to me, also when playing a video it sometimes stops, turns the screen black and then goes back like 5 seconds and resumes.

No VPN, no Turbo. It's not just me since isitdown is reporting it has high latency causing interruptions and time outs.

When trying to download opera it says there's 6 hours remaining on the download (http://i.imgur.com/xuiJVtU.png) and when testing net.geo.opera.com the response time is 500ms (http://i.imgur.com/qyj6CbD.png).
Same thing for the sync servers. Can't properly sync because it says opera is having server problems.
