I would like to be able to move the tabs bar below the address and bookmarks bars so that it rests right above the web page I'm viewing. I can do this in Firefox but I'm hoping to leave Firefox, and this is the only issue stopping me from using Opera. Please let me know if I'm just missing this functionality of if it's something on your list to do soon.

RE: Move Tabs below the address bar and bookmarks.Opera for Windows
I simply expected a more thoughtful, well-considered answer since this issue has been brought up year after year with no resolution or apparent intent to resolve it. I was hoping someone had come up with a work-around or an add-in.

RE: Move Tabs below the address bar and bookmarks.Opera for Windows
That's not a helpful answer. Others have asked for this over the years. Why hasn't it been implemented? Might there be some kind of code, work around, or add-in that might do this? I'd love to use Opera, but this really is a show stopper for me.

Move Tabs below the address bar and bookmarks.Opera for Windows
How can I move the tabs toolbar below the address and bookmark toolbars? This is a showstopper for me in using Opera, so I'm hoping there's a way.

RE: Opera 31.0.1876.0 keeps crashingFuture releases
So, we seem to be back to videos causing the problem. I'm not sure what steps to take to resolve this. In other words, when I go to a news page or a page that features a video and the video automatically starts - or I start it - Opera crashes. Any thoughts or suggestions?

What do you mean dev-tool window? I don't know what that is. I am not showing the developer menu. If you can explain that and how to enable or disable it, that would be great.

What do you mean by a "clean" install? I'd rather not lose my bookmarks and settings, thank you very much.

RE: Opera 31.0.1876.0 keeps crashingFuture releases
Opera has crashed three times as I was trying to respond here. No, I can't associate it with anything in particular. I typically have Facebook, Yahoo Mail, and My Yahoo all open as well as a number of other pages at once. Not sure what the problem is, but I'm about to give up and head for another browser. I'm running the Windows 10 technical preview, but don't give ma any nonsense about it not being tested. I don't think that's what's going on here at all.

Opera 31.0.1876.0 keeps crashingFuture releases
I downloaded and installed Opera 31.0.1876.0 earlier today, and it has been crashing every few minutes. Any solution? Anything I should try? Please let me know - and let the developer team know we have a problem.

Thank you again! You helped me find the flags and how to set them! Now, all I have to do is test the result! I really appreciate your help.

RE: v30: Video Crashes Very OftenFuture releases
Thank you, but how do you do that? Is it in settings? Where do I set these flags? I don't know where to find browser://flags/?search=video#disable-accelerated-video-decode or opera:flags. I don't see it in the developer menu. Sorry, but I really am clueless as to how and where to set these flags.

RE: v30: Video Crashes Very OftenFuture releases
Can someone tell me specifically how to enable and disable the MSE & H.264 flags? I can't find any instructions as to how to do that, where the flags are located, or how to enable / disable them.
All I see is a red exclamation point in the checkbox for MSE & H.264 when I look here: https://www.youtube.com/html5. I don't know how to fix that. Again, please don't just tell me to enable or disable something without telling me where or how to do that.
Youtube videos keep crashing Opera and I'm not finding anything that will stop it from happening. It's getting to the point where I'm going to have to start using another browser, and I really don't want to do that.

I am running that newest version of Opera Beta and I still have this problem. I did deactivate hardware acceleration from the settings advanced user screen. It didn't help. Any other suggestions? Please be specific if there are instructions you'd like me to follow.
