Answer to him, psycho! Don't just backslapp him!
I shouldn't but I will reply to you.
Someone who runs a website should be able to tell why his/her own site is showing a '503 forbidden' message (or any other), don't you think> Or, at least, S/He should be able to give more information than just "My site is showing an error message", right?
So when someone post just saying "My site is not working 'insert an url here' " or something similar there are high chances - I would say 99% - that the person is just a spammer. And we sometimes answer to make sure this is the case this time.
