I found a tip to avoid the freeze withou losting the tabs and the sessions, just the Fast access pages on a new tab.

Go to your Windows Explorer and search :
C:\Users\THE NAME OF YOUR PC HERE\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
And you delete the files "Preferences" and "Preferences.backup"
Et voilà!

@masser112 I tried several times : you only lost Fast access pages, you're right settings (but it's fast to configure).
But your bookmarks, passwords etc are safe.
And you can find Fast access pages, bookmarks, history, passwords etc on your Opera account. Here : https://sync.opera.com/web/

Hello everybody,

I use Opera on PC for 10 years and on Android for 4 years. My passwords have always been well synchronized between PC and Android. For 2 weeks, I don't have any password on Android 7.0 anymore!
The sync settings are set correctly to synchronize the passwords. I disconnected and reconnected Opera Android and PC several times, without success.
Is this a known bug?

I already reset my general sync password. But it's a different password, it's only for the Opera account.

No because if I do that, all my data (included passwords) will be erased from the server.

OK. I already try the steps you mentionned.
I always use the 3 or 4 same passwords, and I don't understand why I doesn't work here.

Excuse my english, I'm french.

I use Opera since 2008 and I'm in the first big and only one trouble.
With previous versions of Opera, when I changed my OS or computer, I used to back up "Wand.dat" file with all passwords to import it in the new OS or computer.
Since Opera 32, this need disapears, thanks to the developers! But my Windows 10 crashed and I had to reinstall W10 from scratch. I put a security password for all my passwords but after many tries, impossible to remember. Or maybe I mixed up with the auto generated password for the Opera account and I put this as the security password.
So help me, if you can find in databases my passwords (231 passwords in total!)
