I found a way to reenable it - go to opera://flags and disable Opera One scrollbar

@fuzi1968 I just use an extension called Session Buddy, and export my current session every few hours in it.

I also have the same issue on any website that has a horizontal scroll bar. Windows 10, Opera version 106.0.4998.28

Opera for WindowsWindow size when moving tab to other screen
I used to get approximately a 1366x768 window when separating a tab onto my second monitor, after updating I no longer get this. Is there a setting I can use to get this behavior back?
