This "crosshair" is white, so maybe it is simply difficult to see on light motifs. I set the theme Classic white to blue with blue stripes and I don't see the effect. So maybe there are dark motives after all.

I have a small visual error. Applies to Opera One 133.0.5932.24. If I move the cursor over the Opera Menu but do not click on the button and move the cursor away, there is a strange "crosshair" around the logo. If I do this several times, it changes the display intensity.

As for the vertical stripe of the card. The active tab has a different background - that's logical. But why does the same background have a button for adding a new tab?
