Hard for me to tell there - I don't see any of the ads in Opera 12 (Flash or otherwise), and I don't see any Flash which is not ads in Opera 29. I'd suggest trying a different site.
Obvious choice is http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ but I don't see anything except "Missing plug-in" there myself.
