Opera doesn't sign you out, rather Chrome is faking activity. Some programs will prevent your screensaver from activating, which will in turn prevent the lock screen. Certain videos might do that in Opera, but otherwise it doesn't prevent the lock screen.
Why not just change the settings on your computer?
