I like some things about OPERA. Howevere, IE has a very useful feature. When one clicks on Printer preview, one can then change percentage numers in a box (i.e., from 10% to 200%) use adjust the size of the print-out that is about to be printed. I cannot find any such adjustment on OPERA. OPERA simply tells the computer to print out what is on the screen.
In effect, print preview on OPERA is exactly the same as the"print screen" on the old DOS software.
I was fooled by a box at the bottom of the OPERA Printer Preview that allows one to adjust font size. HOWEVER,this adjusts solely the font size of the text IN THE PRINTER PREVIEW WINDOWN. IT DOES NOT ADJUST THE FONT OF THE PRINT-OUT ITSELF.
I have tried adjusting the font in the "preferences" of the printer. That also doesn't work. That adjustment also fails to affect the font size of the print out.
This is very important to me because I have old eyes and hate reading glasses for hours on end, so I like to increase the font size on the printout to say 150%.
So perhaps I have over-looked some misnamed or misdescribed command. If so, I shall be grateful if someone will point where in settings or othewise an appropriate command can be found. If there is no way of increasing font size, I shall have to leave OPERA.
