I've been having this issue with every browser that I've attempted to use, though, this started on Opera and I'm not really sure where else I could go.

Randomly, certain text and images on any website that I'm viewing will completely glitch out like in the image above, they will usually stay like this unless I highlight them. I have tried resetting my computer (twice), using a different browser (three of them, same issue came up after about 6 minutes of use), running a malware scanner (nothing), and using CCleaner, all nothing.

I'm really not sure what I can do here. I'm only having this issue on my desktop and I haven't changed anything recently that could cause this.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I am signed in to Google.

Perhaps that may be the case, neither of us can really be sure of it. My Opera version is up to date however (v. 69.0.3686.36).

The developer version of Opera changes the fonts back to what they should be.

This is only something on Opera for me. The fonts that I have on Chrome are what I assume you have as well (screenshot attached). I'll test out the developer thing now.

Reinstalled as you told me to, it still looks the same.

I recently installed a couple fonts for a project in Microsoft Word that I was working on and I saw that the font changed on Opera (screenshot attached). Is there any way to fix this? I tried uninstalling the fonts that I had downloaded to see if something got messed up due to them but nothing changed.

I've been using Opera without a hiccup for over 2 years now, but recently I had a crash and now none of my extensions are working, and no matter what I do, I am unable to reinstall them as it says that they are Installed, despite not showing up or doing anything. I've tried reinstalling Opera and recovering, nothing is working.
