Text & images glitching

I've been having this issue with every browser that I've attempted to use, though, this started on Opera and I'm not really sure where else I could go.

Randomly, certain text and images on any website that I'm viewing will completely glitch out like in the image above, they will usually stay like this unless I highlight them. I have tried resetting my computer (twice), using a different browser (three of them, same issue came up after about 6 minutes of use), running a malware scanner (nothing), and using CCleaner, all nothing.

I'm really not sure what I can do here. I'm only having this issue on my desktop and I haven't changed anything recently that could cause this.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Goto the URL opera://settings/system, disable "hardware acceleration", and restart Opera to see how things go.

@burnout426 Thank you so much. After resetting my opera setting, it's working perfectly.
